There are separate application procedures for all 国际 students who plan to pursue a master’s degree while on the Bemidji State University campus.

Apply for Online 项目
国际 students who wish to enroll in an online master’s program may apply as though they were a U.S. 居民. 国际 students who enroll in online courses are eligible for in-state tuition rates.
Please note that graduate students enrolled in an online program are not eligible for an I-20 to study within the United States.
国际 Transcripts
国际 students must provide evidence of a bachelor’s or equivalent degree before they will be considered for acceptance into a graduate degree program. Evidence of this degree must be prepared by a reputable, professional credential evaluator. BSU will accept evaluations prepared by any National Association of Credentials Evaluation Services 成员.
English Proficiency
ALL 国际 students must meet the English Proficiency requirement through one of the following:
- 托福考试: For graduate students, the minimum score is 550 on the paper-based test or 80 on the Internet-based test. 托福考试 test code for Bemidji State University: 6676
- 雅思考试: Minimum score for graduate students is 6.5. 雅思考试 is jointly owned by British Council, IDP: 雅思考试 Australia, and the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations.
